Wonderful folks worked and stayed at the Strawbale Studio from several days to six months.  Some came on as Interns, paying a modest amount each month. Many were “WWOOFers” ~ from the apprenticeship network “World Wide Workers on Organic Farms” ~ worktraders who came to the Strawbale Studio from across the country & around the world. They received room, board & natural building training in exchange for helping with projects and upkeep of the grounds. A great way to get an education!  Some locally-based interns & volunteers commuted from their homes.

Volunteers and Supporters: Micah Lindquist helped so many days with the roofing trim !  Mark & Paul Angelini helped with timber numerous times. The Hoyt's help out in so many ways ! Jug and Chris Tarr,have been right there, giving a helping hand. Scott Campbell, as always, keeps track of me and supports ! Dana Driscoll supported with publicity, photos, emotional support for the land during the pipeline cutting of forests, and so much more. Lois Robbins, Ronna Fisher, Robin Mallor, Dave & Dorinda have been invaluable, in loaning me their super-duper space heater for projects.

Debbie Henderson volunteered several times and put in a new porch deck on the Red Shed !
