2007 Kensington Kids Cottage VOLUNTEER SCHEDULE
Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Saturdays & Sundays from May 8 thru May 30.
MAY, JUNE & JULY SCHEDULE
Tuesdays:
10 am – 3 pm & 4 pm – 8 pm.
Wednesdays:
10 am – 3 pm & 4 pm – 8 pm.
Saturdays:
10 am – 4 pm
Sundays:
10 am – 4 pm

Activities:
Helping with Compressed Earth Blocks, Earthen Plastering, Thatching prep. Due to thatching being an involved process, volunteers who committ to several days may be trained to be on the roof.
Shorter term folks will be ground crew (and involved with plaster, cob, earthblocks, etc).
None of this is hard work, and there are a variety of ways to help. One woman with a broken hip sifted earth from her wheel chair. There is a place for all, and it is fun to be with others in this beautiful setting.
Bring:
Bring your lunch/snacks and water! Gloves if you have them, cotton, leather or rubber.
