This site is worth checking out on electricity and cost, etc.  Basic interesting information.

I found it looking to find out googling how much I was paying to run my 1500 watt (1.5 kilowatt-hour) space heater for an hour.

According to this site, if I understand correctly, at $.10 per kilowatt-hour and 1.5 kwh, it would be just 15 cents! 

Amazing.  At 10 hours a day, $1.50....but still so very little. (in retrospect...x30 days in the month = $45/mo ! That adds up.)

 

that means the "toasty toes" foot warmer at only 90 watts would be less than a 10th of that cost which would be 1 cent an hour or 10 cents a day.  wow.
